Cancellation policy:

If you decide not to attend a course and cancel your booking, we will refund you within 4 weeks of your cancellation, less £20 to cover administration costs and bank charges. However, if you cancel within 72 hours of the course, and we cannot fill your place, we reserve the right to charge a 100% fee.
